What type of music do you play? Depends on the crowd! Mainly house, my favourite style is Trance in all it's forms.

When did you become interested in DJ'ing How did you get started? Since i can remember music has been a big part of my life, I've always liked big like big speakers and lights, DJ'ing kind of grew out of that, I can't remember waking up one day and saying "I'm gonna be a DJ" I've just kinda always been one, at school I was known as 'DJ Dymond'!
I’ve always had music in my bones, my mum is a singer/piano player I guess thats where I get it from, I've been drumming since I was 5 and have been known to sing from time to time!

How did you get started? I started as a light jock in Berties (and still am!) I got to know the DJ's and vice versa, the rest as they say is history.

What do you love most about your job? The hands in the air moment that trance delivers and the cheer from the crowd as a huge track breaks down.

Why Newquay? I was born in Cornwall and have spent all my life here, I've always lived around the Newquay Perranporth area and went to school at Newquay Tretherras.

What music do you like and what is on your Cd player This week? I like all sorts really, my roots are in grunge believe it or not, I like the sounds of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters and Muse. Currently rocking the subs in my car is Godskitchen Classics and Muse.
