We specialize in budget accommodation for young people and have earned an excellent reputation for a lively and friendly atmosphere. Our clean and comfortable bedrooms accommodate from two to six people with all bedding included and most rooms are en-suite. The large communal kitchen allows you to cater for yourselves cheaply or bring in take-aways, all the equipment is there for your use and we supply free breakfast every morning.
		We have a communal lounge and games room where you can watch T.V, videos, play pool and listen to your favourite Cds. We have no curfews and are centrally located for everything you need - pubs, clubs, surf shops, supermarket, take-aways and Newquays golden beaches!   Stag and Hen parties are also welcome, we can arrange many activities such as paintball and go-karting, your surfboards and wetsuits can be securly stored and we have drying facilities as well as a reasonably priced laundry service.
